One of January's Featured Recipes:
Turtle Cookies
1/2 cup oleo or butter, melted
2/3 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
1 cup flour
4 1/2 Tbsp cocoa
1/2 tsp salt
Mix all ingredients together, spooning flour in slowly. Drop small
teaspoonfuls on waffle iron set at medium. Cook for 50 to 55 seconds.
Lift off with fork. Frost as desired.
